You can delete your NAFS Care account at any time, yourself, in a few taps. Deletion is immediate and cannot be undone.يمكنك حذف حسابك في نفس كير في أي وقت بنفسك وبخطوات قليلة. الحذف فوري ولا يمكن التراجع عنه.
In the appفي التطبيق
- Open the NAFS Care app and sign in.افتح تطبيق نفس كير وسجّل الدخول.
- Go to Profile → Settings.انتقل إلى الملف الشخصي ← الإعدادات.
- Tap “Delete account” and confirm.اضغط «حذف الحساب» وأكّد.

Sign in at nafs.care, openسجّل الدخول على nafs.care، وافتح Account settingsإعدادات الحساب and choose “Delete account”.واختر «حذف الحساب».

Email us from the address on your account atراسلنا من البريد المسجّل في حسابك على [email protected] with the subject “Delete my account”. We confirm it's you and delete it within 7 days.بعنوان «حذف حسابي». نتحقّق من هويتك ونحذفه خلال ٧ أيام.

What we keepما نحتفظ به
Records of past bookings and payments are kept, no longer linked to your name or email, for as long as accounting and legal obligations require. Messages you sent to a specialist stay in their encrypted session record, shown as from a deleted member.تُحفظ سجلّات الحجوزات والمدفوعات السابقة دون ربطها باسمك أو بريدك، طوال المدة التي تفرضها الالتزامات المحاسبية والقانونية. تبقى الرسائل التي أرسلتها إلى أخصائي ضمن سجلّ الجلسة المشفّر، وتظهر كأنها من عضو محذوف.
