These terms govern your use of NAFS Care, operated by NAFS Care Sarl (Lebanon). By creating an account or booking a session, you agree to them.تحكم هذه الشروط استخدامك لنفس كير، المُشغّلة من نفس كير ش.م.م (لبنان). بإنشائك حساباً أو حجزك جلسة، فإنك توافق عليها.

1. Who can use NAFS Care١. من يمكنه استخدام نفس كير

You must be 18 or older to hold an account. Minors may use the service only with the involvement and consent of a parent or guardian.يجب أن تكون في الثامنة عشرة أو أكثر لتملك حساباً. لا يجوز للقاصرين استخدام الخدمة إلا بمشاركة وموافقة وليّ الأمر.

2. What NAFS Care is٢. ما هي نفس كير

NAFS Care is a platform that connects you with independent, verified specialists for online sessions. We are not a medical provider and do not provide clinical care ourselves — specialists are independent professionals responsible for their own practice. NAFS Care is not an emergency service (see the Disclaimer).نفس كير منصّة تصلك بأخصائيين مستقلين وموثوقين لجلسات أونلاين. لسنا جهة طبية ولا نقدّم رعاية إكلينيكية بأنفسنا — الأخصائيون مهنيون مستقلون مسؤولون عن ممارستهم. نفس كير ليست خدمة طوارئ (انظر إخلاء المسؤولية).

3. Your account٣. حسابك

Keep your login details secure and the information you provide accurate. You're responsible for activity under your account. You may stay anonymous to specialists using a nickname.حافظ على سرّية بيانات دخولك ودقّة المعلومات التي تقدّمها. أنت مسؤول عن النشاط ضمن حسابك. يمكنك البقاء مجهولاً أمام الأخصائيين باستخدام اسم مستعار.

4. Bookings, payments & platform fee٤. الحجوزات والمدفوعات ورسوم المنصّة

Each specialist sets their session price, shown before you book; chat and video cost the same. You pay at the time of booking through our payment provider. NAFS Care collects payment, retains a platform fee, and remits the balance to the specialist after the session is completed.يحدّد كل أخصائي سعر جلسته، ويظهر قبل الحجز؛ المحادثة والفيديو بالسعر نفسه. تدفع وقت الحجز عبر مزوّد الدفع لدينا. تُحصّل نفس كير الدفعة وتحتفظ برسوم منصّة وتحوّل الباقي إلى الأخصائي بعد اكتمال الجلسة.

5. Cancellations & refunds٥. الإلغاء والاسترداد

A reserved slot is held briefly while you complete payment; unpaid reservations are released automatically. If a specialist cancels or doesn't attend a confirmed session, you're entitled to a full refund. For other cancellations, contact us and we'll help resolve it fairly.يُحجَز الموعد لفترة وجيزة ريثما تُكمل الدفع؛ وتُحرَّر الحجوزات غير المدفوعة تلقائياً. إذا ألغى الأخصائي جلسة مؤكدة أو لم يحضرها، يحقّ لك استرداد كامل المبلغ. لإلغاءات أخرى، تواصل معنا وسنساعد في حلّها بإنصاف.

6. Conduct٦. السلوك

Treat specialists and others with respect. Don't misuse the platform, attempt to identify anonymous users, share others' private information, or use NAFS Care for anything unlawful. We may suspend accounts that breach these terms.عامل الأخصائيين وغيرهم باحترام. لا تُسئ استخدام المنصّة، ولا تحاول كشف هوية المستخدمين المجهولين، ولا تشارك معلومات خاصة بالآخرين، ولا تستخدم نفس كير لأي غرض غير قانوني. قد نوقف الحسابات المخالفة لهذه الشروط.

7. Reviews٧. التقييمات

You may review a specialist after a session. Reviews must be honest and respectful; we moderate them before they appear and may remove ones that breach these terms. Reviews are shown with your nickname only.يمكنك تقييم أخصائي بعد الجلسة. يجب أن تكون التقييمات صادقة ومحترمة؛ نراجعها قبل ظهورها وقد نزيل ما يخالف هذه الشروط. تظهر التقييمات باسمك المستعار فقط.

8. Disclaimer & liability٨. إخلاء المسؤولية والمسؤولية القانونية

The platform and its content are provided “as is”. NAFS Care is not liable for the clinical care provided by independent specialists, nor for outcomes of any session. Content on the site is for general awareness and is not medical advice. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the relevant booking.تُقدَّم المنصّة ومحتواها “كما هي”. لا تتحمّل نفس كير مسؤولية الرعاية الإكلينيكية التي يقدّمها الأخصائيون المستقلون، ولا نتائج أي جلسة. محتوى الموقع للتوعية العامة وليس نصيحة طبية. وبالقدر الذي يسمح به القانون، تقتصر مسؤوليتنا على المبلغ الذي دفعته للحجز المعني.

9. Suspension & changes٩. الإيقاف والتعديلات

We may suspend or close accounts that misuse the service, and we may update these terms — we'll revise the date above when we do. Continued use means you accept the changes.قد نوقف أو نغلق الحسابات التي تُسيء استخدام الخدمة، وقد نحدّث هذه الشروط — وسنراجع التاريخ أعلاه عند ذلك. استمرارك في الاستخدام يعني قبولك للتعديلات.

10. Governing law & contact١٠. القانون الحاكم والتواصل
