NAFS Care Sarl (“NAFS Care”, “we”) operates this platform from Lebanon. This policy explains what we collect, why, and the choices you have. Privacy isn't an add-on for us — it's the core of how the platform is built.تُشغّل نفس كير ش.م.م (“نفس كير”، “نحن”) هذه المنصّة من لبنان. توضّح هذه السياسة ما نجمعه ولماذا، وما لديك من خيارات. الخصوصية ليست إضافة لدينا — بل جوهر بناء المنصّة.

1. Information we collect١. المعلومات التي نجمعها

• Account details: your email (used only to sign in and contact you about your account) and a display name or nickname you choose.بيانات الحساب: بريدك الإلكتروني (يُستخدم فقط لتسجيل الدخول والتواصل بشأن حسابك) واسم العرض أو الاسم المستعار الذي تختاره.
• Booking information: the specialist, time, session type (chat or video) and any note you add (notes are encrypted at rest).معلومات الحجز: الأخصائي والوقت ونوع الجلسة (محادثة أو فيديو) وأي ملاحظة تضيفها (الملاحظات مشفّرة عند التخزين).
• Messages & journal: your private chats and journal entries are end-to-end / encrypted at rest — we cannot read your journal.الرسائل واليوميات: محادثاتك الخاصة وتدويناتك مشفّرة بالكامل / عند التخزين — لا يمكننا قراءة يومياتك.
• Payment: card payments are processed by a third-party payment provider. We never store your full card number — only a secure token plus the brand and last four digits.الدفع: تُعالَج مدفوعات البطاقات عبر مزوّد دفع خارجي. لا نحتفظ برقم بطاقتك كاملاً أبداً — فقط رمزاً آمناً مع نوع البطاقة وآخر أربعة أرقام.
• Technical data: basic information needed to keep the service secure and working (such as session cookies and language preference).بيانات تقنية: معلومات أساسية لازمة لإبقاء الخدمة آمنة وعاملة (مثل ملفات الجلسة وتفضيل اللغة).

2. How we use your information٢. كيف نستخدم معلوماتك

To provide the service — create your account, take and confirm bookings, enable sessions, process payments and send essential notifications (such as confirmations and session reminders). We do not sell your personal data.لتقديم الخدمة — إنشاء حسابك، إجراء الحجوزات وتأكيدها، تمكين الجلسات، معالجة المدفوعات وإرسال الإشعارات الأساسية (مثل التأكيدات وتذكيرات الجلسات). لا نبيع بياناتك الشخصية.

3. Anonymity — what specialists see٣. السرّية — ماذا يرى الأخصائيون

If you choose to stay anonymous, specialists only ever see the nickname you pick — never your real name or email. Your email is used solely for sign-in and account notices. You decide what else to share, in your own words.إذا اخترت البقاء مجهولاً، لا يرى الأخصائيون سوى الاسم المستعار الذي تختاره — لا اسمك الحقيقي ولا بريدك. يُستخدم بريدك فقط لتسجيل الدخول وإشعارات الحساب. أنت تقرّر ما تشاركه أيضاً، بكلماتك.

4. Security٤. الأمان

Connections are encrypted in transit (TLS). Sensitive fields — your journal, chat messages and booking notes — are encrypted at rest. The platform runs in an isolated environment and access to data is restricted.الاتصالات مشفّرة أثناء النقل (TLS). الحقول الحسّاسة — يومياتك ورسائلك وملاحظات الحجز — مشفّرة عند التخزين. تعمل المنصّة في بيئة معزولة والوصول إلى البيانات مقيّد.

5. Sharing & third parties٥. المشاركة والأطراف الثالثة

We share only what's needed: the specialist you book with (so they can hold your session), our payment provider (to take payment), and our email provider (to send account messages). We may disclose information if required by law. Self-hosted video sessions run on our own infrastructure.نشارك فقط ما يلزم: الأخصائي الذي تحجز معه (لإجراء جلستك)، ومزوّد الدفع (لتحصيل الدفعة)، ومزوّد البريد (لإرسال رسائل الحساب). قد نفصح عن معلومات إذا تطلّب القانون ذلك. تعمل جلسات الفيديو على بنيتنا الخاصة.

6. Data retention٦. الاحتفاظ بالبيانات

We keep your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the service and meet legal obligations. You can ask us to delete your account and associated data.نحتفظ بمعلوماتك ما دام حسابك نشطاً أو بالقدر اللازم لتقديم الخدمة والوفاء بالالتزامات القانونية. يمكنك أن تطلب حذف حسابك والبيانات المرتبطة به.

7. Your rights٧. حقوقك

You can access, correct or delete your information, and manage your saved cards and notifications from your account. We use only essential cookies — to keep you signed in, remember your language, and keep the platform secure. We don't use them for advertising.نستخدم ملفات أساسية فقط — لإبقائك مسجّلاً للدخول، وتذكّر لغتك، وإبقاء المنصّة آمنة. لا نستخدمها للإعلانات.

9. Children٩. الأطفال

NAFS Care is intended for adults (18+). Minors should only use it with the involvement and consent of a parent or guardian.نفس كير مخصّصة للبالغين (١٨+). على القاصرين عدم استخدامها إلا بمشاركة وموافقة وليّ الأمر.
